01What this is (and isn't)

The Form is a way to express interest in a potential ultra-endurance race/challenge concept currently under development (the "Event"). Submitting the Form:

• —does not register you for an Event,
• —does not guarantee a spot, entry, pricing, dates, or locations,
• —does not create a contract to participate,
• —does not require you to purchase anything.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit the Form.

03Accuracy of information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to not impersonate someone else.

04Communications

By submitting the Form, you agree that Diamond Man may contact you using the details you provide (for example, by email or SMS if you provide a phone number) about:

• —Event updates and launch announcements,
• —surveys or feedback,
• —waitlist/early access opportunities,
• —logistical questions related to shaping the Event.

Marketing choice: If the Form includes a checkbox for promotional emails/texts, you will only receive those if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in messages or by contacting us.

05No medical advice; assume risk

Any information we share about training, safety, or performance is general information only and not medical advice. Ultra-endurance activities can be dangerous. If an Event is offered in the future, participation would involve significant physical risk and would require separate waivers and rules.

06Intellectual property

All Form content and branding (names, logos, copy, designs) are owned by Diamond Man or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —interfere with the Form or related systems,
• —attempt unauthorized access,
• —submit harmful code,
• —use the Form for unlawful purposes.

08Disclaimers

The Form and any related pages are provided "as is." We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the Form will be error-free.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Diamond Man will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Form or communications.

10Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made.
